Visitors Policy
Whilst we welcome visitors to our setting, it is important that relevant ID is shown on arrival
to the setting. The safety of children in our care is paramount therefore visitors:
Must show relevant UpToDate Identification
Entry will be refused if Identification is not shown, this includes all deliveries, work
personnel (for example, checking of electrical appliances, etc) and tutors to see any
staff working on a qualification or student placements.
If ID is unknown entry will be refused. If staff are unsure on the validity of ID they
must contact management who will contact the company the visitor is working for.
Visitors who are staying on the premises for a longer duration will need to fill in the
visitor’s book, (located in the entrance of the main building). Name, date and time
they arrive and leave will need to be recorded.
The safety of the children is paramount and will always be put first.
