All of our staff are first aid trained and are DBS cleared, they undertake regular training to ensure that they are kept up to standard.

In addition to their qualifications and experience, our staff are chosen for their personality and love of children.
Staff ensure that children in our setting achieve the best possible outcomes during their time with us.

A high number of our staff are first aid trained with new recruits aimed at being trained within their first 6 months.
All staff hold relevant safeguarding training which is updated regularly.

The setting has two SENCO (special educational needs coordinator) and equal opportunities representatives.

Child protection, health and safety, manual handling and food hygiene training are updates regularly across all staff within the setting.
